You love Workouts, TABATA , HIIT training, fitness dancing, yoga,etc. but getting bored of same old songs replayed at gym, in your Ipod or in your Youtube coaches’videos. Several studies has shown that music can make you revel your pain why doing those tough exercises. You might have your heart raise so fast or feel the burn on your muscles, you could still enjoy them and love them with the fast- pitch music. Having your mind free with crazy beats can lengthen your time of working and boost your endurance

You can run for several miles, cycling around the town, get yourself in front of the              mirror then dance  or give yourself some times to relax with yoga.
